Refund and Returns Policy

At URDIFF, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange from the date of order delivery.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via: Contact Us form
  • Products must be unused, with the original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Important: Please ensure the product is properly packed when returning it. If the returned product is damaged due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund.

Returns Due to Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Ensure you provide clear images and an unboxing video showing the shipping label.
  • For such cases, you have a 7-day return period from the delivery date. Once verified, we will replace the product, which will be delivered within 7-10 days.

Other Return Reasons:

We apologize if the product does not meet your expectations. We will accept the return and issue a full refund.

Please note:

  • COD charges are non-refundable as they are paid to the courier.
  • You will need to return the product at your own expense.

 


Replacement Policy

We offer replacements if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Replacement:

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Color/Size Change: If you wish to change the color or size, the replacement will be subject to availability.

Important Guidelines:

  • For color or size changes, you must return the product at your own expense.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement.
  • Replacements will be delivered within 7-10 days after verification.

Refunds Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be credited within 3 working days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Customers must provide UPI or bank details for the refund.

    COD charges are non-refundable as they are paid to the courier.

  • Note: The final crediting of the refund may vary based on bank processing times.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch, and a full refund will be issued.
  • If an order is lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund.
  • URDIFF reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet our criteria, with timely communication regarding the refund.
